Email 1 — Cold Outreach (Day 0)
Subject: DataFlow + 800 AI infra buyers in Austin this October
From: Alex Navarro, Partnerships, FutureStack 2026 To: Jordan Kessler, VP Marketing, DataFlow Systems
Hi Jordan,
I'm reaching out because DataFlow Systems keeps coming up in conversations with our attendee advisory board as they build out their AI data pipelines — and I think there's a fit worth exploring.
FutureStack 2026 is a two-day conference (Oct 15-16, Austin Convention Center) focused entirely on AI infrastructure. We're expecting 800 attendees — primarily platform engineers, ML infrastructure leads, and data architects at companies running production AI workloads.
Our attendee profile last year skewed heavily toward the exact buyers DataFlow is trying to reach:
- 68% hold budget authority or direct influence over infrastructure purchases
- Top job titles: Staff/Principal Engineer, VP Engineering, Head of Platform
- Companies ranged from Series B startups to F500 AI teams (Stripe, Airbnb, Capital One all sent teams)
We still have Gold sponsor slots available at $40K, which includes a 10x10 booth in the main expo hall, a 20-minute sponsored talk, 6 comp tickets, logo placement across all digital and print materials, and inclusion in our pre-event email campaign (12K subscribers, 34% open rate).
Would it make sense to set up a 15-minute call this week to walk through the prospectus? Happy to share our full attendee breakdown and what other sponsors in the data layer are doing to activate.

LinkedIn Message Variant (Day 0):
Hi Jordan — I run partnerships for FutureStack 2026, an 800-person AI infrastructure conference in Austin this October. Your data pipeline tooling is exactly what our attendees are evaluating right now. We have Gold sponsor slots open and I think there's a strong fit. Just sent you an email with details — would love to connect briefly this week if the timing works.
Email 2 — Follow-Up with Hook (Day 3)
Subject: Re: DataFlow + 800 AI infra buyers in Austin this October
Hi Jordan,
Quick follow-up on my note from Monday.
I wanted to share one data point that might be useful: we surveyed our early registrants last month and "real-time data pipeline tooling" ranked as the #3 technology category attendees are actively evaluating in H2 2026 — right behind GPU orchestration and model serving.
That tells me DataFlow would be presenting to a room that's already in buying mode, not one you'd have to educate first.
A few things our Gold sponsors typically do to maximize ROI:
- Sponsored talk — 20 min on the Breakout Stage. Our best-performing sponsor talks last year were technical deep-dives (not product pitches). One Gold sponsor generated 140+ qualified leads from a single session on "Migrating from Batch to Streaming for Feature Stores."
- Booth activation — the expo hall runs during extended lunch and a dedicated networking hour, so foot traffic is concentrated. Average Gold booth last year saw 180+ badge scans.
- Content package — your logo in 4 pre-event emails to 12K subscribers, plus social amplification across our channels (8.2K Twitter/X, 4.1K LinkedIn).
I'm also happy to intro you to the team at NeuralPath Labs — they signed on as a Silver sponsor and mentioned they'd be interested in co-hosting a demo station with a complementary data infra vendor.
Free for a 15-minute call Thursday or Friday?
Best, Alex
LinkedIn Message Variant (Day 3):
Hi Jordan — following up on my email. Thought you'd find this interesting: "real-time data pipeline tooling" ranked #3 in our early registrant survey for tech they're actively evaluating this year. Feels like a natural fit for DataFlow to get in front of that audience. Happy to jump on a quick call Thursday or Friday — let me know.
Email 3 — Break-Up (Day 10)
Subject: Closing the loop — FutureStack sponsorship
Hi Jordan,
I know Q4 planning is hectic, so I'll keep this short.
I've reached out a couple of times about a Gold sponsorship at FutureStack 2026 (Oct 15-16, Austin). I don't want to clutter your inbox if the timing isn't right, so this will be my last note.
Two quick updates since my last email:
- We filled one of the three Gold slots last week (Vertex Data signed on), so two remain. Once they're gone, the next option is Silver at $15K — still solid, but no sponsored talk slot or premium booth placement.
- Our CFP closes May 30, and Gold sponsors get a guaranteed breakout session. If DataFlow wants a speaking slot, the sponsorship route is now the most reliable path.
If sponsorship isn't a fit this cycle, no hard feelings — I'd still love to have DataFlow folks attend. Happy to send over a discount code for your team.
If there's someone else on your side I should be talking to, a quick pointer would be appreciated.
Either way, wishing you a great Q2.

LinkedIn Message Variant (Day 10):
Hi Jordan — last note from me on FutureStack sponsorship. We filled one Gold slot last week and two remain. Totally understand if the timing doesn't work — happy to send attendee discount codes for your team instead. Just let me know either way and I'll update my records. Thanks for your time.
Sequence Notes
- If reply received at any stage: Exit sequence, move to live negotiation.
- If no reply after Email 3: Mark as "Not Now — Re-engage Q1 2027" in CRM. Add to general conference newsletter list (with permission).
- Personalization hooks used: Product relevance (data pipelines), attendee survey data, social proof (NeuralPath Labs), scarcity (slot count), CFP deadline.
- Tone calibration: Peer-level, not salesy. Jordan is a VP — lead with data and peer proof, not feature lists.
