Group discount terms:

All registrations must be submitted in a single transaction or coordinated batch.
Group discounts apply to Standard tier only. VIP and Student are excluded.
Payment by invoice (Net 15) available for groups of 10+.
Group organizer receives a complimentary pass for groups of 20+.
Cancellation of individual registrations within a group may retroactively adjust the discount tier.

Additional refund terms:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Name changes / transfers are permitted free of charge up to October 1. After that date, a $50 transfer fee applies.
Speaker and Sponsor comp passes are non-refundable (no cost incurred).
In the event of a force majeure cancellation by the organizer, all attendees receive a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via registration@futurestack.dev.

Activation: A waitlist opens automatically when any tier reaches its cap or when general registration sells out.
Notification: Waitlisted registrants are notified by email in the order they joined. They have 48 hours to complete registration before the spot is offered to the next person.
No charge until confirmed: Credit cards are not charged at the time of waitlist signup.
Tier-specific waitlists: Each tier maintains its own waitlist. A waitlisted VIP applicant is not automatically offered a Standard ticket.
Cancellation releases: When a paid registrant cancels, their spot is released to the waitlist for that tier within 1 business day.
Waitlist cap: The waitlist itself is capped at 200 across all tiers. Once the waitlist is full, no further signups are accepted.
Final cutoff: The waitlist closes on October 10, 2026 (5 days before the event) to allow time for badge production and catering headcount finalization.
